1. Workshop Registration Fees
Certain workshops or masterclasses may require a registration fee (for example ₹99 or similar nominal charges).
These fees are charged to:
- Confirm your seat
- Prevent spam registrations
- Ensure committed participation
2. Refund Eligibility
Workshop registration fees are generally non-refundable, except in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Technical error resulting in multiple charges
- Event cancellation by the organizer
If any of the above occurs, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Failure to attend the live workshop
- Late arrival to the event
- Personal schedule conflicts
- Dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations
- Failure to access the session due to user-side internet issues
4. Event Rescheduling
If a workshop is postponed or rescheduled due to unavoidable circumstances:
- Your registration will remain valid for the rescheduled session.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
